When making reservations please give us a call 310-798-BODY one week in advance so that we can most effectively meet your needs, Walk-Ins are also welcome but are not promised immediate service. If you want to schedule a package on a Saturday, please allow 2 weeks prior to your desired date for accommodations. Upon making an appointment client should be prepared to provide credit card details to secure the appointment; your card will not be charged unless there is a failure to cancel your appointment according our cancellation policy. For Spa Parties, we require non-refundable 10% deposit. We recommend that you schedule your next facial, massage, etc. prior to leaving the spa, as we offer a 10% prebooking discount. There are no substitutions of services with any of our Spa Packages.
Our Spa offers the use of the facilities such as Jacuzzi, Pool and Sauna for all guests who receives a spa treatments such as Facial, Body Massage, Body treatments, etc..
A spa lunch is provided with our Perfect Day package. We offer a variety of salads, sandwiches, and beverage. If your services do not include lunch, it can be added to your schedule at an additional charge of $25.00.
Series of Treatments
A series of treatments on any service in the spa is offered to you at a substantial savings. All series must be prepaid in a single payment. You will be issued a series card, which must be presented at the time of service. Series are valid for one year and are non-refundable.
If you are unable to make your appointment, we require a notice of 24-hours for single services and 48 hours for multiple services or packages. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for reserved services. To prevent from being charged please adhere to our cancellation policy as we will be unable to make any exceptions. This also applies to no shows. Late arrivals over 15 minutes risk shortening of services. Late arrivals of 30 minutes or more are considered to be equivalent to a last minute cancellation and are subject to the 100% cancellation fee.
Body Etc. validates parking for up to 3 hours in the parking garage attached to the Crowne Plaza. Please bring your ticket up so that we may validate it for you.
Being on time is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full services and our other clients are not inconvenienced. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You can wind down, use the sauna or jacuzzi, slip into a robe, and start your treatment relaxed and on time. Prior to any services please inform us about any special medical conditions, allergies, or medication that you are taking.
When leaving Body Etc., please stop at the reception desk to settle your account. Charges may be settled with credit card, cash, local check, or gift certificate. There will be a $25 charge for returned checks. Guests of the Crowne Plaza may also charge services to their room (additional hotel service fees may apply). Please present your gift certificate to the receptionists before your services begin.
At your discretion, Body Etc’s personnel appreciates gratuity. Individual gratuity envelopes are located at the front reception desk. All spa parties will include a 18% gratuity.l
Any purchase can be returned as long as it is unused, accompanied by a receipt and within 7 days from the purchase and a credit will be issued – no refunds.
Please ask the receptionist for a lock if you would like to put your belongings in a locker. Body Etc Spa is not responsible for any lost belongings.
Gift certificates must be presented in order to receive your services, please give them to the receptionist prior to starting your services. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. No refunds.
